Description of Services. The contractor shall install a camera system replacing current cameras and installing additional for a total of 7 cameras. The 355 MUNS is requesting the procurement of a Security Camera System as well as installation IAW the PWS to replace the current system overseeing the munitons storage area for a total of 7 cameras with a recording unit. CLIN 0003 - 2x direct replacement outdoor camera (1080P minimum resolution, IP66 rating, >90 degree field of view). Fixed external, mount to bldg. 265, power available, non existing new install - wireless bridge to bldg. 184 (roughly 1100 ft) The installation of cameras (requirements set forth in the AF Form 9 Request for Purchase) shall result in a network camera security system that enables the identification of activities in daylight or darkness and minimum 80-degree field of view (interior) in daylight or darkness. a. NVR recorder with a minimum of 8 terabytes storage. Private network configuration. b. Wireless bridge for exterior cameras to office. c. Exterior cameras with minimum 2.1 high-definition megapixel (MP) resolution and Ingress protection (IP) 66 rating for resistance to weather and tampering. Must meet ability to view and record intrusion detection events in daylight or darkness at a minimum of 150 ft. d. Indoor camera must meet minimum 2.1 MP high-definition resolution and tamper resistant mounting method. e. Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera on exterior pole mount with minimum 8 ft height must meet minimum IP66 rating for weather and tamper resistant cable routing protection. f. Battery backup for bldg. 174 camera must meet minimum 4-hour system backup runtime. g. Office controller for PTZ camera control. h. Additional maintenance for 24-months from installation completion date. i. Standard 1-year warranty or better on parts and 90-days or better on labor for the installation of the above system.
