Site work for a road / highway in Zeballos, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project is to install one (1) Rock Fence and one (1) Canyon Debris Net in the Village of Zeballos. Installation of Rock Fence at 106 Maquinna Avenue. Two product options considered, a hinged or fixed post system. Accepted supplier of material Trumer Schultzbauten or Geobrugg. Included for the Hinged-Post Rockfall Catchment Fence , TSC-500-ZD or approved Geobrugg equivalent, is the supply and installation all associated components including but not limited to: .1 Base plates: with hinge connection to post and guidance of lower bearing rope, prepared for foundation using mono bar anchor, galvanized according to EN ISO 1461. .2 Posts HEA-120 (3 pcs): with integrated step supports, prepared for the guidance of upper bearing rope and the fixing of retaining ropes, galvanized according to EN ISO 1461. .3 Omega-Net 7.5/135: consists of wave-like pre-bent strands (spiral rope ø 7.5 mm, mesh size approx. 135 mm), galvanized class A according to EN 10244-2. Net panel connection using shackles. .4 Bearing ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 20 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .5 Retaining ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 16 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .6 Side stabilization ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 16 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .7 Brake elements: type AVT phx, galvanized according to EN ISO 1461. .8 Wire rope clips: according to EN 13411-5, galvanized with long life coating. .9 Shackles: high strength cambered and galvanized. Included for the Fixed-Post Rockfall Catchment Fence, TS-500-oA or approved Geobrugg equivalent, is the supply and installation all associated components including but not limited to: .1 Posts HEB-200 (3 pcs): fixed with the base plate (approx. 790 x 300 x 25 mm), to prevent any rotation between base plate and post. Prepared for the guidance of bearing and middle ropes and the fixing of the side stabilization rope. Galvanized according to EN ISO 1461. Fixed to the concrete foundation by 3 pcs of mono bar anchor. .2 Omega-Net 7.5/135: consists of wave-like pre-bent strands (spiral rope ø 7.5 mm, mesh size approx. 135 mm), galvanized class A according to EN 10244-2. Net panel connection using shackles. .3 Bearing ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 20 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .4 Middle ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 16 mm, galvanized class Baccording to EN 10244-2. .5 Side stabilization ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 16 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .6 Brake elements: type AVT phx, galvanized according to EN ISO 1461. .7 Wire rope clips: according to EN 13411-5, galvanized with long life coating. .8 Shackles: high strength cambered and galvanized. Installation of Canyon Debris Net at location indicated DWG# 49621-01 C100. Included is the supply and installation of all associated components including but not limited to: .1 Omega-Net 9.0/185: consists of wave-like pre-bent strands (spiral rope ø 9.0 mm, mesh size approx. 185 mm), galvanised class A according to EN 10244-2. Net panel connection using shackles. .2 Bearing ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 24 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .3 Middle ropes: 6x19S+IWRC according to EN 12385-4 ø 24 mm, galvanized class B according to EN 10244-2. .4 Brake elements: type AVT phx, galvanised according to EN ISO 1461. .5 Wire rope clips: according to EN 13411-5, galvanized with long life coating. .6 Shackles: high strength cambered and galvanized.
