Site work and renovation of a civil project in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of renovation to two pump stations, including new pumps, valves, piping, wet well coating, electrical equipment, and site improvements. Estimate for construction is $1,584,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
