Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received by 4 p.m., June 10, 2024 Questions received after the above noted deadline may be answered at the discretion of the Universitys Representative. Questions shall be addressed only to: Zach Price-zprice@ucdavis.edu; Nicole Quinteronicquintero@ucdavis.edu. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). Construction of complete new interior tenant improvement for existing CT Room 1P746 on the first floor of the SESP Pavilion Building to prepare for the new GE Revolution CT Equipment. 1.) Rooms 1P746 / 1P1748: Removal of existing CT Equipment, casework, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, doors and some walls. Remodel will include new CT Equipment, control room, casework, plumbing, new walls, doors, ceiling, and flooring. Remove room 1P745 and relocate med gas panel. 2.) Toilet room 1P747: Removal of pluming fixtures, toilet accessories, floor finishes and doors are required. Remodel will include new plumbing fixtures and accessories, door, ceiling and flooring. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B - General Construction PN - 1823-609
