Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Grand Trunk Street The work consists generally of constructing approximately 305 metres of paved multi-use asphalt trail. The contract includes and is not limited to the removal of existing sidewalk, the addition of crushed rock and asphalt, and topsoil and sod on most sections of the trails. Horseman Road The work consists generally of constructing a retaining wall over the Jonathan Creek culverts to widen and permit the construction of approximately 575 metres of paved multi-use asphalt trail. The contract includes and is not limited to the addition of crushed rock and asphalt, and topsoil and hydroseeding along the trail. Milner Road The work consists generally of constructing approximately 230 metres of paved multi-use asphalt trail. The contract includes and is not limited to the removal of existing sidewalk, the addition of crushed rock and asphalt, and topsoil and sod on most sections of the trails. Reicker Trail The work consists generally of improving the trail from stations 15+007 to 15+257; approximately 250 metres of new crushed rock and taillings. From stations 15+257 to 15+347, the work consists generally of constructing approximately 90 metres of new trail.
