General: Mobilization of all labour, equipment, and materials to the project site. Supply & Installation of the project sign The supply & placement of approximately 829m of 200mm PVC SDR 35 (Insulated) Removal of approximately 806m of Asbestos Cement Pipe. Contractor shall follow all Health & Safety Procedures for safe handling and disposal of Asbestos Cement Pipe. The excavation of approximately 4280 cubic meters of main trench material, with approximately 204 cubic meters estimated to be rock excavation. The supply and installation of pipe and fittings for 34 sanitary services. The removal and replacement of approximately 60m of culverts (Various Sizes) Repairs to Manhole Tops, Benching, and Seal O-Ring Gaskets. The supply & placement of approximately 375 cubic meters of Maintenance Grade III. All reinstatement and cleaning of properties required. The completion of all deficiencies as directed by the Engineer including final cleanup and demobilization from the project site. The Inuit Community Government of Makkovik expects to sign a Contract with the successful bidder for completion of this project in the Spring of 2024.
