Scope of Work is to provide labor and materials to remove all existing railings, patch concrete as needed and install all new railing materials shown on attached drawings. Railings shall be mounted on face of concrete where possible and surface mounted elsewhere. Approximately 206 LF existing curb-height parapet wall with existing cast-in iron railings to be removed. Replace with new aluminum railings mounted to vertical face of parapet wall facing courtyard. Rail height to be 42 inches above parapet elevation. All materials and installation for this project shall be delivered and installed between October 7, 2024 and October 18, 2024. Approximately 150 LF existing seat-height parapet wall. Add new aluminum railings mounted to vertical face of parapet wall facing courtyard. Rail height to be min 30 inches above parapet elevation. Replace handrail on both sides of exterior stair, approximately 27 LF each. Replace childproof gate at bottom of exterior stair.
