The anticipated work includes installation of passenger boarding bridges and other miscellaneous work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Omaha Airport Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish SEPARATE Performance and Payment bonds each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. The Owner has established a contract performance time of two hundred seventy (270) working days from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed. Only prequalified bidders bids will be opened.
