Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Bracebridge, Ontario. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Town currently has an existing space in the Sportsplex that is being repurposed to accommodate a Wellness Centre. This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Bracebridge (the Town) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the wellness centre design, procurement, and installation of fitness equipment and flooring for the new Wellness Centre, located in the Sportsplex at 110 Clearbrook Trail.
