Scope Typical work activities anticipated for this contract relate to non-service alley projects to alleviate minor ponding issues associated with non-service alleys. Construction efforts may include: regrading, leveling, clearing, or implementation of asphalt, sidewalks, driveways, concrete curbs, striping, signs, utility repairs and adjustment, necessary to complete non-service alley projects. PROJECT SCOPE 1.1.1 The main objective of this Task Order Contract is to provide maintenance improvements to Non-Service Alleys identified within City of San Antonio. Note that the existing condition of alleys does vary. The identified application for the alleys is summarized below: A. Unpaved Alleys - Unpaved alleys identified with this task order are to be re-graded, as applicable, and 3 of Flexible Base is to be installed as noted and depicted in TOC details. B. Paved Alleys in Poor to Fair Condition - Paved alleys identified with this task order that are in poor to fair condition will have a 2 Mill and Overlay Application as noted and depicted in TOC details. C. Paved Alleys in Good Condition - Paved alleys identified with this task order that are in good condition will have a Slurry Seal application as noted in TOC specifications. 1.1.2 Typical work activities anticipated for this contract relate to storm water nonservice alley projects whose construction may include: alley improvements and street reconstruction items, such as pavement, sidewalks, driveways, concrete curbs, and signs which are necessary to complete storm water non-service alley projects. 1.1.3 Project construction may include but is not limited to concrete riprap, flowable fill, structural excavation, street and alley excavation, sidewalks, driveways, concrete curbs, concrete retaining walls- combination type, street reconstruction, wheelchair ramps, asphalt replacement, topsoil, sodding, concrete steps, signage, service laterals and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.
