Bid Schedule 2 - Row Hangar Post Frame Building System Construction Work Includes but is Not Limited to Structural and General Building Construction of a Post Frame Building System Row Hangar. Bid Schedule 3 - Row Hangar Post Metal Building System Construction Work Includes but is Not Limited to Structural and General Building Construction of Metal Building System Row Hangar. Bid Schedule 4 -- Electrical Construction Work Includes All Electrical Work for Row Hangar Construction. A Bid From Bid Schedule 1, Bid Schedule 4 and Either Bid Schedule 2 or Bid Schedule 3 Be Awarded. If a Bidder Submits a Bid for Bid Schedule 2 or Bid Schedule 3, the Bidder Must Also Submit a Bid for Bid Schedule 1. Construction for This Project Shall Be Completed by July 30, 2025. The Airport Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and Rebid the Project. No Bid Will Be Read or Considered if the Bid Does Not Fully Comply With the Bidding Requirements. Deficient Bids Will Be Resealed and Returned to the Bidder. The Award of the Contract is Subject to Approval of the Federal Aviation Administration and Availability of Federal Funding.
