Renovation of a library in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

A bid bond made payable to the City of Huntsville, Texas in an amount of 10% of the proposal submitted must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the respondent will enter into a contract and execute such bonds as required within ten (10) calendar days of ward of contract by City Council. 1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HVAC system and provide recommendations for replacement. 2. Remove the existing unit from the roof of the building (Crane required). 3. Design and install a new HVAC system that meets the heating and cooling requirements of our library space. 4. Ensure the new system is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. 5. Test and commission the new system to ensure optimal performance. 6. Provide a comprehensive maintenance plan for the new HVAC system. 7. Train staff on the operation and maintenance of the new HVAC system.
