Scope REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS The City of Brady (City) is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the project as described above. This bid offering is a competitive sealed proposal and submitted Proposals shall be evaluated on the following basis: Price at 70%, Experience at 20% and References at 10%. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing and will be answered by the Purchasing Agent in writing. Proposals shall include a bid security or bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Proposal Price. The City of Brady reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the Proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City. Deep well drilling services for providing source water from the Hickory Aquifer to supply groundwater for golf course irrigation purposes. The general location of the well site is shown on the general site plan. The well drilling company shall be responsible for a turn-key service for a fully developed and functional irrigation well developed from the Hickory Aquifer and located at Brady (TX) public golf course. This proposal for deep well drilling services also includes production pumping, final submersible well sizing, well head final configuration, air-relief valve, discharge irrigation piping, metering, and end basin discharge pipe layout; and including startup, testing and operation of the newly installed irrigation well pump system.
