Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ste Genevieve, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

As of July 18, 2024 ,2024, bids were canceled. Project is no longer needed. Interested Parties to Solicit Qualifications to Enter Into a Design Build Contract With Guaranteed Maximum Price to Design and Construct Storage Building With the Following Specifications. *new 'structure' to Consist of Dimensions of 30' X 90' W/building Being 16' Tall. *structure to Consist of 'concrete Foundation' Around Perimeter of Building/lean to. *design - Pole Structure W/'trusses' on 4ft. 'centers' W/purlins 2ft. 'centers'. *concrete Piers and Steel Posts in Front of Building. If any Questions, Please Contact Mr. Scott Schmieder Directly @ (314)608-4760. All interested parties to submit the following: *Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond. *Proof of Current Certificate of Liability along with Workers Compensation Insurance to be Provided. *Ste. Genevieve County to be Added as 'Additional Named Insured' on Commercial General Liability Coverage. *Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Reminder: Once 'Final Bids' are Accepted; Ste. Genevieve County Reserves the Right to 'Accept' or 'Reject' Any or All Bids.
