Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Brampton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 43,000-square-foot medical facility.
Construction contract for the new Animal Shelter, Environmental Education Centre, and the Post Traumatic Growth Association. The new shelter will be approximately 28,000 sq ft and support the services of the existing shelter in addition to new services; the Environmental Education Centre will be approximately 13,000 sq ft and provide space for Credit Valley Conservation to provide on-site education programs. The Post-Traumatic Growth Association will be approximately 2,000 sq ft and provide space for veterans, law enforcement, and first responders to have peer support meetings, workshops, activities, events, and support groups for spouses and caregivers. They may be constructed in one building or in multiple buildings. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for Design Services has closed; submissions are under review. Final award and project timelines may be confirmed late 2024/early 2025. Project is being done in collaboration with the Post-Traumatic Growth Association and the Credit Valley Conservation Authority.
