Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Maintenance Bond 25 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % * The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. Award will generally be made to a single bidder on each entire lot. However, the City reserves the right to award by line item within any lot which it deems to best serve the interest of the City.
