The Smithtown Science Building Roof Replacement comprises the demolition of the existing roofing systems, and installation of a new SBS modified roofing assembly along with miscellaneous scope of work indicated in the construction documents. All electrical work required to disconnect and reconnect equipment will be performed by the Owner and is not included in this bid scope.
