Renovate B20202 East Wing: Building 20202 is located on the southwest corner of Gibson Blvd. and Wyoming Blvd at Kirtland AFB, NM (KAFB). The building consists of three (3) segments which include the following: 3-story center segment which is flanked by C and D wings and includes a basement area, two 2-story segments one to the West (C-wing) and the other to the East (D-wing). This project will not construct any additional area under the roof and will only renovate the interior of the second floor of the East Wing consisting of approximately 5,500 SF. The renovation entails abatement and removal of existing flooring, demolition of selected existing walls, installation of new walls to create new office, meeting room, interview room, and storage spaces, installation of new carpeting, updating communication wiring to new Cat 6 standards, painting, and installation of a new security doors. If there are questions regarding this solicitation, the site visit or if an offeror believes that there is discrepancies and ambiguities with these instructions, contain an error, omission, ambiguities, or are otherwise unsound, the offeror shall immediately notify the POC in writing with supporting rationale no later than seven (7) calendar days after the solicitation release.
