Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bowling Green, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation of the Carter Park Parking Lot. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $210,000.00 with a completion date of October 31, 2024. The cost is to be paid to the printing company at the time the documents are picked up. Shipping and tax charges are the bidder's responsibility and payable directly to Becker Impressions. All bids shall be signed and submitted on the blanks which are bound in the specifications. The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid using the forms provided in the specifications. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the City of Bowling Green in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The City of Bowling Green, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
