As of September 8, 2025, this project has bid and an apparent low bidder has been identified. Award of the general contractor is contingent upon federal grant approval. A definitive construction timeline has yet to be established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The intent of the project is to modernize the HVAC infrastructure including air handling equipment, building controls, and the addition of air conditioning for the building. Refer to the RFQ, which is incorporated herein by reference. Request for Qualifications for Designer Services at Bennett Hemeway School Electrification Project, 22 East Evergreen Rd., Natick, MA 01760. DOE Grant Applies. No formal study exists. Designer Fee : Negotiated Not to exceed $250,000.00 Estimated Construction Cost : $2,100,000.00 Time Period for Completed Project : Approximately one year, may be longer. The Town reserves the right to reject any/all responses in the public interest. Award is subject to appropriation/approval of the Natick Town Administrator. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
