Bids Must Be Made On The Standard Proposal Form In The Manner Designated Therein, Providing One (1) Original And One (1) Copy, And Must Be Enclosed In A Sealed Envelope Bearing The Name And Address Of The Bidder And The Name Of The Project On The Outside, Addressed To Moorestown Township, And Must Be Accompanied By A Certified Check, Bid Bond Or Cashier's Check Drawn To The Order Of Moorestown Township For Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Amount Bid, Provided Said Security Not Be More Than $20,000.00.
