Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of Sunrise Municipal Campus Expansion Project includes the renovation of the existing Amphitheater. Currently under construction, the renovation of the amphitheater includes expansion of the stage for which new stage lighting equipment and accessories will be provided. The successful Contractor/s shall furnish the specified items. Some line items require no substitutions and some line items allow for approved equals. Refer to Schedule A for required items. Potential Contractors shall submit all specifications, brochures, pictures, and any other materials necessary for the evaluation of approved equals. The City, at its sole discretion, will determine what is deemed approved equal. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
