Construction of Fieldhouse at Timberlake High School Lakeland Joint School District #272 (Ljsd) Will Accept Submissions About Qualifications From Companies Licensed in Idaho With Both Construction Manager and Public Works Contractor Licenses to Perform Cm/gc Services for the Construction of a Fieldhouse at Timberlake High School. Ljsd Anticipates Using the Cm/gc Delivery Process to Complete the Projects. Companies Are Not Guaranteed Work or Compensation Until Under Contract With the District. Throughout the project, the CMs shall provide the District with professional construction management services and represent the Districts interests in completing the projects on time, within budget, and as planned with a minimum of difficulties. It is anticipated that AIA Document A133-2009 (the Form Contract)
will form the basis of agreements for CM Services to be entered into for the projects; provided however, the District reserves the right to change, modify or amend the Form Contract in formulating the final contracts to be entered into by the District. CM Services shall include but are not limited to, preconstruction services through the design of the projects and construction services, as either CMR or CM/GC, through project completion ofthose services. For purposes of this RFQ, proposersshould describe their qualifications to provide CM Services as those services are described in the Form Contract.
