FSO Building Automation System Upgrade Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids Question Submission Close Date 6/21/2024 12:00 PM MDT The City is requesting proposals for implementing a building automation system (BAS) solution at Fire Station 3. The work includes providing and configuring the BAS solution per City specifications, including working with City staff to create a new graphics standard. Fire Station 3 is a one-story, two-bay 5,164 square foot cinder block building located at 2202 Gekeler Ln in Boise. Originally built 1978, it was remodeled in 2000 with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and a weight room. The station has two furnace and air conditioning unit split systems, one rooftop unit, one ductless split system and twounit heaters, and a generator. There is currently no BAS at this location.
