Renovation of a medical facility in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Ingham County seeks proposals from licensed, qualified and experienced plumbing contractors to enter into a contract for plumbing renovations at the House of Commons. The House of Commons facility is approximately 25 years old and 8,700 square feet. The existing building classification is Institutional Group I-1 (condition 1). Refer to the enclosed Project Manual and drawings as provided by the Consultant for complete project requirements; if any terms and conditions differ from the RFP, the County's terms and conditions will prevail. Community Mental Health is the General Contractor.
