Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Public Works, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive minor deficiencies, irregularities, or technicalities in any proposal, if determined to be in the County's best interest. The Proposer and each listed entity, including any listed subcontractor, must have a valid license issued by the Contractors' State License Board for the type of work proposed to be performed by the Proposer and each listed subcontractor. Applicable code requirements relating to nondiscrimination, payment of prevailing wages, payroll records, apprentices, and work day. The 375+ parking stall, approximately 5 level parking structure will replace an existing, 180 stall parking lot located on 118th street to the north of the MLK Medical Campus. To the south side of the parking structure is a County Fire Station and future construction on a new Mental Health outpatient facility. The structure will include Electric Vehicle parking stalls and provisions for Photovoltaic panels at the roof level. The proposed project consists of a new multi-level parking structure and associated site improvements to the north of the MLK Medical Campus. The new parking structure will include 375+ parking spaces to accommodate the parking demands for the new services to be provided on campus.
