Texas Tech University ("TTU") seeks Proposal(s) from experienced and qualified Proposer(s) for interior and exterior signage ("Products"), including design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance Proposer(s) are instructed to complete, sign, and return the following documents as part of its proposal. If Proposer fails to return each of the following with its proposal, then TTU may reject the proposal. The Proposal must contain all the following components: Proposer Response Form HUB Subcontracting Plan Signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Please note, there may be a pre-solicitation conference for this solicitation. TTU highly recommends that your company attends this event. The maximum term for an awarded Contract under this RFP is anticipated to begin the date of the last signature and to expire four (4) years from that date. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to the Contract terms, the Contract would automatically renew for up to four (4) one (1) year renewal terms unless either party provided written notice of its intent not to renew the Contract at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial or then current renewal term. The parties may negotiate and mutually agree on an alternate term. In accordance with Regents' Rule 07.12, any resulting Contract will require a termination without-cause provision of one hundred and eighty (180) days or less, or the Contract may not exceed five (5) years total term with renewals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
