Reference number : 20000557 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-07-02 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 60 The Municipality of Saint-Adalbert requires submissions for: contract for snow removal and winter maintenance of the road network of the municipality of Saint-Adalbert Purpose of the contract: the Municipality is requesting tenders for the maintenance of its winter roads for motor vehicle traffic for the seasons 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 for a period of five (5) years or for a period of three (years) for the 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 seasons. The bidder who is awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the municipality of Saint-Adalbert as of June 11, 2024. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the first year's bid price must accompany the bid.
