This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (eff. 5/22/2024) and VAAR Update 24-10 (eff. 04/09/2024) 3. This requirement is solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 238290 with a size $22.0M. 4. Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) facilities located: a. 2200 Fort Roots Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114 b. 4300 West 7th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 5. Period of Performance: October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, plus four (4) option years. 6. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The following times and locations are detailed below: a. John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital 9:00 AM CST (promptly) 11:00 AM CST at the Little Rock Facility, 4300 W 7th St, Little Rock, AR 72205 (John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital). Towbin Healthcare Center 12:00 PM CST (promptly) 2:00 PM CST at the North Little Rock Facility 2200 Fort Roots Dr, North Little Rock AR 72114 (Eugence J. Towbin Healthcare Center). Attendance is not mandatory, but quotes could be affected. This responsibility is on the Contractor. No other site visit will be scheduled.
