Furnish all labor, equipment, material, subcontracts, and supervision required to complete the Scope of Work generally described as Master Plant Contractor (MPC) Package, detailed herein, for the Buckman Biosolids Capital Conversion Project (BBCCP) – Raw Sludge Holding Tank Project. All work will be complete and in accordance with the Contract Documents. In the event of conflicts between the Scope of Work and other parts of the Contract Documents, this section will take precedence.
