Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, equipment, material, subcontracts, and supervision required to complete the Scope of Work generally described as Master Plant Contractor (MPC) Package, detailed herein, for the Buckman Biosolids Capital Conversion Project (BBCCP) – Raw Sludge Holding Tank Project. All work will be complete and in accordance with the Contract Documents. In the event of conflicts between the Scope of Work and other parts of the Contract Documents, this section will take precedence. The Scope of Work will specifically include, but is not limited to, the following specifications: Division 1 General Requirements – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 2 Site Construction – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 3 Concrete – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 5 Metals – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 10 Specialties – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 11 Equipment – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 13 Special Construction – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 14 Conveying Systems – As applicable to this Scope of Work Division 15 Mechanical – As applicable to this Scope of Work The Subcontractor will include work from other specifications as applicable to the work being performed. 2.
