The contractor shall carefully examine the sites of the work to acquaint himself with all working conditions and all difficulties that may be involved in the work to be performed. b. All Bid Prices must be good until June 30, 2025. c. The submission of a proposal to the City shall be accepted as evidence that such examinations have been made, and that all difficulties encountered have been provided for in this proposal. Later claims for extra compensation will therefore not be recognized by the city. The completion of the projects will be ninety (90) working days from the time the City of Paris Department of Public Works contract is awarded.
