Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a military facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The project consists of construction of three new construction structures, and renovation of one. The Joint Missile Maintenance Facility (~38K SF) consists of a single-story premanufactured building with extensive mechanical systems, structural criteria for open storage of classified materials, hazardous material storage, covered ammunition storage area, offices, break room, restrooms, part storage and operating bays. Bridge cranes are included. The Organizational Storage Building (~32K SF) consists of a single-story premanufactured building. Forklift charging station is conventional construction (~700 SF). Project includes options for renovations to Building 5300. Site work includes clearing site, wet and dry utilities, parking lots and new roads. Project includes wage scale, Project Labor Agreement (PLA), Buy American and Tax. Project requires US Persons.
