Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, necessary materials, supplies, tools, machinery, equipment, properly equipped vehicles, dumpsters, disposal services, safety gear, barricades, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and bonds to provide the DSH with U Building ETP Courtyard Concrete Improvements. Contractor shall provide grading, compaction, and concrete flatwork to the U Building Enhanced Treatment Program (ETP) Courtyard. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State License, C-8, C-12, and/or General A Contractor, issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. Anticipated Start Date June 30, 2024. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 30, 2024, through June 30, 2026. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at pedro.magana@dsh.ca.gov and aubreana.diaz@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements. The DSH shall respond to all questions via an addendum to the solicitation with all questions and answers posted on electronically. Pre Bid Meeting Description: All bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible.
