Technical questions must be submitted in writing to Acacia.Valenzuela@water.ca.gov and received by the State on or before June 24, 2024 by 4:00PM The State reserves its right to seek any and all relief it may be entitled to as a result of such non- disclosure Bidder will be licensed to do business in the State of California Bidder must possess, submit, and maintain an active General Engineering Class A License from Contractors State License Board of California. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Labor Code, the Contractor and any subcontractors shall pay their employees prevailing wages for the performance of that portion of the work, which is “public works”. Contractor will provide qualified divers and equipment to perform commercial Surface-Supplied Air (SSA) diving services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Diving services will include underwater surveys and inspections; detection and removal of Quagga mussels and other invasive aquatic species; removal of loose rock, sediment, and other debris; salvage operations, grouting, welding, minor maintenance, and repair for various DWR facilities including the State Water Project The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional year Anticipated start date of agreement is September 1, 2024
