Renovation of a stadium in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Sealed Bids for MVP Arena Connector Structural Framing Repairs as requested by Albany County Department of General Services Repair and installation of new structural steel framing members supporting the MVP Arena Connector and walkway above the Beaver Street entrance to the MVP Arena Parking Garage. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to; remove and salvage existing bird netting, removals of deteriorated steel C8 and W8 steel structural framing members, installation of new C8, W4 and HSS 2x2 structural framing members as shown, prep & paint all new and existing steel, precast concrete panel repair, new light gauge metal framing to support new EIFS panel, repair & reinstallation of bird netting and all other incidental items as noted on attached C. T. Male Associates drawings S-101, S-501 and S-502 dated 12/13/2023. The General Contractor shall be solely responsible for satisfaction of all requirements described herein, including all attachments, drawings, and addendums. See attached drawings for additional detailed information.
