This project includes improvements at the City of Aubrey Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase the design capacity to 2.25 MGD. Treatment improvements include of two screening channels each with a Fine Screen and Washer Compactor, Influent Lift Station with five submersible pumps, one Vortex Grit Removal system, two Aeration Basins with three multistage centrifugal blowers, two circular Secondary Clarifiers with three return activated sludge (RAS) and two waste activated sludge (WAS) pumps, two cloth-media Filters, coagulant and hypochlorite storage and dosing equipment, UV Disinfection system with two channels, plant water system, plant drain system, yard piping, Sludge Storage Tank with two positive displacement blowers, two dewatering Screw Presses and emergency Generator. Building improvements include an O&M Building, two Electrical Buildings, a Chemical Building and a Dewatering Building. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to the City of Aubrey in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required, each in an amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials. The City of Aubrey reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from date on which bids are opened. Furnish, install, calibrate, test, configure, program and place in operation the instrumentation, control systems, provide and configure new PLCs, SCADA HMI and OITs for the panels, electronic access control system for gates and video surveillance system furnished by WHECO
