SUNY Upstate Medical University is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to Reverse Osmosis/De-Ionized Water Treatment Systems located in several buildings on campus. Scheduled maintenance consists of bi-annual visits addressing any noted filter change requirements during the visit not involving disinfection and with system sanitizing during the annual maintenance; including replacement of pre-filters, stage filters, and final filters, system cleaning as required; replace ultra-violet lamps, clean quartz sleeve/lamp housing, and clean and disinfect the RO columns. Contract term: 5 years Location: SUNY Upstate Medical University, 750 E. Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210 and related locations and/or 4900 Broad Rd, Syracuse, NY 13215 and related locations
