All material shall be delivered during the 2024 Sealift season using the "Designated Government of Nunavut Marine Carrier" for Grise Fiord. Bidders are to make a lot bid from the totals of Community's Appendix C and place on this tender form. Please be advised that the successful bidder shall be required to submit crate list, detailed packing slips that show the item number, description and shop drawings upon delivery to the designated carrier. No payments will be released until this has been received in a form that is satisfactory to the NHC. Bidders are required to provide the Delivery Lead Time and also need to specify if any items will not be included in the Sealift 2024. NHC retains the right to cancel orders, either partially or in full, if the vendor fails to meet the sealift requirements. All material shall be delivered FOB LHO warehouse within Kimmirut. Successful contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the designated Government of Nunavut marine carrier and local cartage is used. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 The only authorized contact in relation to this RFT is the Buyer identified in the Buyer Information section on the Bid Form. Questions regarding this RFT should be in writing and received by the Buyer at least 2 working days before the closing date and time. The NHC reserves the right to make adjustments to a Bid following bid closing in accordance with the NNI Regulations by taking into account any information that will assist it in doing so, including by taking into account information obtained from the NNI Business Directory maintained by the NNI Secretariat and the Inuit Firm Registry maintained by NTI. For greater certainty, if the NHC determines that a bidder should, or should not, receive a bid adjustment pursuant to the NNI Regulations, it can adjust the evaluation of the bid accordingly.
