United States Coast Guard Station South Padre Island, TX is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to inspect all doors on the main building, and waterfront building, and follow up with repairs/replacements of any and all defective door components, to include, frames, internal/ external hardware, locking latches, and exit devices as described in the PWS. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.
