The Village Network (TVN) intends to contract for Design Build (DB) services in connection with a 20-Unit Residential Treatment Facility addition and renovations to our existing facility located in Bethesda, OH 43719. The project budget is estimated at $5,000,000.00 and is being funded through a secured grant from OHMAS. The project is slated to be awarded in September 2024 with a completion date of September 2026. The top 3 firms will be selected to provide a GMP for the project.
