General Scope of Works: Contractor shall furnish all tools and equipment necessary to test approximately 250 backflow devices, repair, or replace damaged devices upon authorization of the City of Orange Water Division (Water Division). The actual number of devices fluctuates as new devices are added and existing devices are removed from inventory. Upon awarding of the contract, Water Division will provide the selected Contractor with a list of devices to be tested. Term of Contract: The initial term of the contract is one (1) year (the ''Initial Term''), commencing on or about July 1, 2024, and expiring on the last day of June 2025 (the ''Expiration Date''); provided, however, that the City will have the right to extend the term of the contract for the following extensions and upon the following terms: Extension (the ''First Extension Term'') commencing on July 1, 2025, and terminating on June 30, 2026; Extension (the ''Second Extension Term'') commencing on July 1, 2026, and terminating on June 30, 2027; Extension (the ''Third Extension Term'') commencing on July 1, 2027, and terminating on June 30, 2028; and
