This project has been extended.** NRC requires the re-insulation of five large ammonia vessels in the refrigeration plant located in the Councils Building, 1 Arctic Avenue, of the National Research Council. This insulation project will allow for material inspection and bring the plant insulation up to modern standards using Cryogel Z type insulation material and incudes inspection ports to future maintenance operations.
