A firm timeline has not ben established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This Project Specific Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services is issued to those Construction Management (CM) firms short-listed to provide comprehensive construction management services throughout preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases for the following project Renovations at existing toilet rooms on all floors of the George W. Romney Building. The work includes, but is not limited to: alterations of walls, floors, ceilings, doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC, and electrical systems, Replacement of hydronic heating piping throughout the existing building. This work includes alteration and repair of walls, floors, and ceilings in order to replace the hydronic piping. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received as a result of this Request for Proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all applicants and may stop the selection process for the project at any time. Performance and Payment bond expenses for the full CM construction cost, builders risk insurance and any other CM general condition expenses, The CM will provide Performance and Payment bond covering the full value of the CM/Construction Cost contract.
