for Design and construction administration services of a new Civic Center Park. The City of Maricopa (City) seeks a qualified design firm or team with extensive design and construction administration experience with large municipal parks, water feature design and operations of waterfalls, ponds and flowing water elements, child playgrounds and sports field projects. All qualified firms that are interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All SOQ s must comply with the requirements specified in this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSOQ). The City of Maricopa reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid. Question Deadline 07/12/2024 Any question related to the Request for Statement of Qualifications shall be directed in writing or via e-mail no later than five (5) days prior to the Request submittal due date,totheperson whosenameappearsonthefront. Anyquestionssubmittedafterthatperiod may not be answered due to time constraints. Any correspondence related to a Request for Statement of Qualifications should refer to the appropriate Request for Statement of Qualifications ID, page, and paragraph number.
