Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kingsland, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Kingsland is seeking proposals for the LMIG Asphalt Resurfacing Improvement Project. Work shall be completed no later than 180 Days following the commencement date of the contract and following written "Notice to Proceed" by Owner. Accordingly, instead of requiring any such proof, OWNER and VENDOR agree that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty), VENDOR shall pay OWNER $300.00 for each calendar day that expires after the time specified for completion until the work or product is finalized and accepted by the City. The City of Kingsland reserves the right to clarify any terms with the concurrence of the Vendor; however, any substantial non conformity in the offer, as determined by the City of Kingsland, shall be deemed nonresponsive and the offer rejected. The City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject Proposals, or any part of any proposal, containing any additional terms or conditions not specifically requested in the original conditions and specifications.
