The purpose of this Request for Quotation ("RFQ") is to obtain bid submissions ("Bids") for the supply of precast concrete materials as follows: Culvert C-572 (Ivan Drive): 2400 span x 1800 rise x 12950 long precast concrete culvert and retaining walls Culvert C-580 (New Ontario Road): 2400 span x 2400 rise x 14020 long precast concrete culvert and retaining walls Material to be supplied for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre ("the Municipality") in accordance with Specification RFQ-PWE-2023-03 Specifications for Material Supply. The Municipality is seeking to procure the culvert materials prior to or at the same time as tendering the construction contract for the culvert replacement work. Award subject to final approval.
