The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the improvements of all existing recreational facilities, including a multipurpose athletic field, baseball court; the improvements and reconfiguration of pedestrian pathway and vehicular access; the installation of a new lighting system and site furnishings; the introduction of a new river walk, boat launch, picnic area, children's play area, and other areas for passive and active recreations; improvements to an existing comfort station and construction of a new maintenance building.
