A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Stanly County received funds from the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Rural Economic Development Division to provide housing rehabilitation services for approximately eight (8) low/moderate income, owner occupied single-family properties. All properties are located within Stanly County. Stanly County is soliciting the services of qualified, licensed General Contractors / firms to complete the housing construction activities. The Countys purpose in issuing this notice is to ensure qualified, licensed general contractors are made aware of this program and are provided an opportunity bid on the project. The County proposes to provide housing rehabilitation assistance to approximately eight (8) qualified residential properties.
