The Pavement Configuration Will Include Two Through Lanes in Each Direction and a Center Turn Lane. The Project Includes 9,700 Cy of Unclassified Excavation; 2,200 Cy of Unclassified Borrow; 2,500 Lf of Temporary Silt Fence; 28,000 Sy of Solid Slab Sodding; 18,500 Sy of Subgrade Method B; 19,600 Sy of Separator Fabric; 25,000 Sy of Fabric Reinforcement W/ Bituminous Binder; 5,850 Tons of Superpave, Type S3; 4,100 Tons of Superpave, Type S4; 20,900 Sy of Cold Milling Pavement; 2,200 Sy of Dowel Jointed Pc Concrete; 5,805 Lbs. Of Reinforcing Steel; 11,500 Lf of 2'-2" Combined Curb and Gutter; 6,750 Sy of 4" Concrete Sidewalk; 1,750 Sy of 8" Concrete Driveway; 1,630 Lf of 24" Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe; 3,500 Sy of Removal of Asphalt Pavement; 2,360 Sy of Removal of Sidewalk; 1,880 Sy of Removal of Concrete Driveway; 8,000 Lf of Removal of Concrete Curb and Gutter; 12,000 Lf of Sawing Pavement; 19,000 Lf of Traffic Stripe (Multi-polymer, 4" Wide); 16,000 Lf of Construction Traffic Stripe (Paint, 4" Wide); 10,000 Ea of Construction Zone Pavement Markers (Flex Tabs); 1,000 Lf of Crack Sealing; 104,920 Lbs. Of Reinforcing Steel; and 1,715 Lf of 5/c Traffic Signal Electrical Cable. Total Contract Time for the Project Shall Be Three Hundred and Sixty (360) Calendar Days. If apparent Successful Bidder declines to make any such substitution, City of Broken Arrow may award the Contract to the next lowest Bidder that proposes to use acceptable Subcontractors, Suppliers, or other individuals or entities. In such event, the next lowest Bidder shall, within two (2) days after requested by the City of Broken Arrow, submit to City of Broken Arrow the above required list of the Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other individuals or entities. In evaluating whether a Bidder is responsible, City of Broken Arrow will consider the qualifications and experience of the Bidder and may consider the qualifications and experience of Subcontractors and Suppliers proposed for those portions of the Work for which the identity of Subcontractors and Suppliers must be submitted as provided above. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price.
