This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Lawn Maintenance as specified for the Louisiana Department of Health for an initial period beginning date of award and ending June 30, 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months. It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
